IT Specialist

Description

• Ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure, computer systems, networks, and business applications.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for users to minimize system downtime and improve productivity.
• Managing and maintaining company databases, software applications, and information systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware assets, including computers, laptops, printers, network devices, servers, and peripherals.
• Record and update asset information such as serial numbers, asset tags, locations, users, warranty status, and equipment conditions.
• Monitor the allocation, transfer, return, repair, and disposal of IT hardware in accordance with company policies.
• Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts and access permissions for company systems and applications.
• Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting and resolving system, software, and access-related issues.
• Assist users with system configuration, password resets, and account management in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor user requests through the helpdesk or ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide user guidance and training on system functionality, best practices, and IT security awareness.

Requirements

• Graduated from Technological University/Computer University or IT field.
• English: Intermediate to Advanced level (e.g., able to deliver training and communicate effectively in English).
• Proficient in office computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work-related software (e.g., Management Systems, data analysis tools), proficient in using software related to work.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technical or operational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of technical and IT fields.
• Analytical and cooperation skills, Teamwork skills, Ability to withstand high pressure.
• Communication skills
