💼 Job Role: Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

• Extract the requirements of dashboards using the business statements shared by clients
• Anticipate the client future requirement in relation to the dashboards and suggest the possible options
• Organize the requirements to prepare more insightful dashboards and present to client
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing the data requirements
• Manage and process client reporting on specified schedule
• Ability to prepare the reports within short turnaround time
• Prioritize the requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mockups
• Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques
• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate with the client services team on reporting needs and process improvements.
• Build and automate (when possible) reports in Excel based on submitted requirements and report mock-ups.
• Review and quality check other reports to ensure correctness
• Provide data-driven recommendations that align with client services team objectives.

Skills:

• Any regular bachelor degree with a strong academic record
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory
• Strong Business analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to analyze complex data
• Experience with digital marketing data analytics, Google AdWords/ YouTube data analytics, market research or quantitative  analysis will be preferred
• Knowledge of VBA, App script, SQL, JavaScript & related technology will be added advantage
• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in working with international clients (in a sales or customer support job) will be an advantage
• Ability to work under stringent timeline while adapting to dynamic changes in the project
• Willing to perform detailed and repetitive tasks
• Must be able to work in 24/7 business hours
