1. Expiry Controlling

• Tracking vendors Return and Non-Return
• Lead and monitor weekly expire check with merchandizer, make report to BM and HQ
• Spot check items in every display in store and manage items are massive display
• Tracking items display and merchant to make customer attractive and sale

1. Return

• Oversee and make all return to vendors are meeting all the schedules and drop return to HQ regular
• Facilitate the late return with BM and Head of Purchase to negotiate with vendor
• Oversee the top return and deal with BM and Head of Operation to reduce supply
• Tracking of all returns are completed and settled

1. Item Tacking and Transfer

• Tracking the items were slow movement within 3months after stock in to report to manager for requesting return back to vendor or ask for promotion support
• Tracking late expired items reduce to minimize, and leverage to other sale.
• Manage return stock to vendor are on time and meet the policy, tracking expires items day by day

1. Admin and Security

• Manage and maintenance the asset and material, Send completed documents to HQ
• Keep clean and safe in location

1. Report

• Making Report as weekly and monthly to the manager
