What an Amazon Advocacy Operations Associate actually does:

As an Amazon Advocacy Operations Associate, you will support the Advocacy Operations (AO) team, which helps Amazon Flex delivery partners when something goes wrong in their delivery experience.

Monitor operations in real time and handle offline operational tasks.

Follow the SOP and your manager’s instructions, and make sure every task meets quality standards.

Reply to stakeholders on time, as per the SOP and SLA.

Raise issues early to your manager or stakeholders when you see a problem.

Meet productivity targets and quality benchmarks.

Keep daily work records updated in trackers and workflow tools.

Share ideas to improve the process when you see a better way to do things.

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream

  – BBA / BCA / BMS
