You'll concept and create digital marketing campaigns and retention materials across our B2C storefronts, shaping how millions of users experience our brands. This is a role for someone who brings fresh thinking, sharp execution, and a consistently polished touch to everything they create, and who wants their work seen and used at scale.

- Design digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and storefront assets, from initial concept to polished deliverable
- Produce visually appealing work that aligns with company objectives and enhances our brand across multiple platforms
- Explore multiple creative directions through sketching, moodboards, and rapid visual concepting, then refine the strongest ideas with a sharp design eye
- Build and document reusable templates and design guidelines that help the wider team produce consistent, on-brand assets at scale
- Contribute to global asset libraries and ensure systematic, scalable design across platforms
- Partner with CRM and Paid teams to produce assets and support the visual strategy behind those channels
- Work closely with senior designers, copywriters, UX designers, and developers to execute creative projects end-to-end
- Stay on top of design trends, tools, and techniques, experiment, and bring your findings back to the team
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, receive feedback from peers and senior members, and iterate quickly
What You'll Have
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both craft and creative range across mediums, e.g. illustration, video, vectors
- Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, composition, and brand consistency
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; comfort with Google Workspace
- Ability to take ownership of a brief, present work to non-creatives, and incorporate feedback constructively
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and able to get things done in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with motion design, video editing, or illustration is a bonus
- Familiarity with generative AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) is a plus
- Experience creating or contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Active interest in the design community, you follow the discourse, experiment on your own time, and share what you learn
