•Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns aligned with organizational objectives.
•Create and manage marketing content for print, digital, social media, email, and website platforms.
•Coordinate advertising, public relations, and promotional activities.
•Manage the organization's social media accounts and online presence.
•Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
•Assist in developing branding strategies and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
•Coordinate the design and production of brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
•Support the planning and promotion of events, exhibitions, product launches, and community engagement activities.
•Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using analytics and prepare performance reports.
•Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to support business development initiatives.
•Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, sponsors, and marketing vendors.
•Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
•Stay informed about emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
•Perform other marketing and communication duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an executive secretary, executive assistant, or administrative support role.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
•Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
