Job Summary
Join a dynamic trading and distribution team in Mandalay as a sales and marketing professional. You will support business growth, strengthen market presence, and work closely with teams and customers to achieve sales targets and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
● Support sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
● Lead field visits, build customer relationships, and follow up on business opportunities.
● Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to guide actions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and updates using Microsoft Office tools.
● Assist in planning promotional activities and supporting brand visibility in the market.

Requirements

● Any Bachelor’s degree with a diploma or certificate in Sales & Marketing.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
● Experience in the mobile phone industry is highly preferred.
● Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
● Willingness to travel within the designated sales area.
● Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
