Customer Support

*Experience

• Experience in forex is a plus, customer service related, sales support, or brokerage (often preferred but not always required)

*Education
-High school diploma or bachelor's degree (business, finance, or related field preferred)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales team, operations team)
• Problem-solving mindset
• Patience and ability to handle difficult clients
• Multitasking and time management
• Attention to detail (important for documents and compliance)

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
