*Experience
- Experience in forex is a plus, customer service related, sales support, or brokerage (often preferred but not always required)
*Education
-High school diploma or bachelor's degree (business, finance, or related field preferred)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
*Work condition
- OT (working on holiday)

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales team, operations team)
- Problem-solving mindset

- Attention to detail (important for documents and compliance)

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
