Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience within the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation skills, demonstrating high proficiency in slide creation and confident delivery.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken. o understanding of integrated and 360° marketing concepts and campaign lifecycles.
• Basic knowledge of real estate marketing principles is highly preferred.
• A highly creative mindset with the proven ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for dealing with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• High attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support project-specific marketing activities, with a strong focus on real estate developments and property rollouts.
• Contribute creative concepts and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Develop high-quality presentations, taking ownership of both slide creation and confident delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor ongoing campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports and strategic insights for the management team.
• Monitor compliance with zoning laws, environmental and safety regulations, and building codes.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development and market positioning.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure seamless marketing execution and asset delivery.
• Plan and lead handover strategy including T&C, defect list close-out, and DLP procedures.
• Coordinate across internal teams: Development, Design, BD, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

Working Hours: 8:30 Am to 5:00 Pm
