Requirements

1. System Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of complex IT systems and infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of system engineers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Mentor junior engineers and facilitate their professional development.
3. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies. Implement proactive measures to ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
4. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, including system failures, performance bottlenecks, and security incidents. Develop and
implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
5. Project Management: Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
6. Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers to procure hardware, software, and services. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
7. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide recommendations, and develop customized IT solutions. Represent the organization professionally while working onsite at client offices, if necessary, to support project implementation or resolve technical issues.
8. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to transfer knowledge and ensure effective use of IT systems.
9. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard IT systems and data against unauthorized access, cyber threats, and compliance risks. Stay informed about emerging security threats and industry best practices.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance system performance, efficiency, and scalability. Stay abreast
of technological advancements and industry trends to recommend and implement relevant solutions.
