Job Requirements
● Language Skills
Khmer language is required.
Candidates with basic Chinese or English skills will be given priority.
● Work Experience
At least 2 years of work experience in FMCG, food, or beverage industries in Cambodia.
● Education & Age
High school education or above.
Age between 25 and 40 years old.

Good understanding of distributor development, product placement, and customer problem-solving.

Salary & Working Conditions
● Salary: USD 850–1,600/month

Midas company is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong market development and team management skills to join the Sales & Marketing team at MIDAS.
You will be responsible for product sales, developing distribution channels, and managing customers within the assigned provinces. You will help strengthen the connection between the MIDAS brand and distributors by maintaining customer relationships and developing a strong understanding of the local market. Your role will contribute to expanding the market, driving sales, and increasing MIDAS’s market share.
