🔹 ASSISTANT MANAGER – SUPPLY OPERATIONS
💰 Package: ₹4.5 – 5.5 LPA

Role Responsibilities:
✅ Own daily rider supply and deployment across client sites and dark stores
✅ Lead Field Recruiter teams to hit daily and weekly hiring targets
✅ Fulfil client manpower requirements on time, every shift
✅ Track rider productivity, attendance and attrition
✅ Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation and on-time rider payouts
✅ Prepare daily / weekly MIS and performance reports
✅ Handle on-ground escalations with field teams and clients

What We're Looking For:
🔸 2–5 years in rider supply, last-mile or quick-commerce operations
🔸 Experience managing field teams
🔸 Good Excel / MIS skills
🔸 Fluent in local language and English
