Associate Manager, Funding

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and monitor Bank’s source & use of Fund
• Prepare cash flow projection and other reports upon request for Management Team
• Manage Bank’s fund in an effective and efficient way to maximize income
• Engage with FIs for MM placement & borrowing
• Build & maintain strong relationship with interbank, counterparties and impact overseas investors
• Process and monitor MM Limit with FIs
• Monitor LCR ratio & other statutory & interest requirement & do the simulation as necessary
• Process for onboarding and ongoing counterparties due diligence
• Conduct a regular interest rate survey in market
• Prepare & review Treasury policies & procedure
• Manage Nostro/Vostro account relationship

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance area
• At least 4 years’ experience in treasury, or finance or related field
• knowledge on Bank account & KYC process with compliance 
• Knowledge of and experience of working in treasury functions
• Good communication Skills; both verbal and written in English
• Strong social skills with the demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationship
• Advance level of MS Office; especially MS Excel
