Position Summary
Duty station: Phnom Penh, with frequent travel to all five project provinces
Reports to: Project Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Project Manager Support
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, budgets, production targets, schedules and documents for management approval.
- Translate the Project Manager’s decisions into assigned actions and follow up with responsible teams until completion.
- Prepare progress summaries, analysis and recommendations to support the Project Manager’s decisions.
- Implementation Coordination
- Coordinate daily implementation with Provincial Coordinators, technical teams, finance, procurement and logistics personnel.
- Ensure provincial activities remain aligned with the overall project plan, production schedules and contractual commitments.
- Support the resolution of routine operational issues and promptly escalate major or unresolved matters to the Project Manager.
- Monitoring, reporting and compliance
- Consolidate and verify provincial data on crop production, chicken performance, input use, expenditure and product delivery.
- Compare actual progress with approved targets and budgets and maintain project dashboards, risk records and corrective-action trackers.
- Prepare consolidated progress reports, presentations and supporting documents for the Project Manager’s review.
- Follow up on compliance with SOPs, GAP, IPM, food safety, traceability and chicken-biosecurity requirements.
- Budget, logistics and stakeholder support
- Track provincial budgets, procurement requests, input distribution, logistics and delivery schedules and report delays or variances.
- Organise project meetings, field missions and technical visits and follow up on agreed actions.
- Support communication with agricultural communities, authorities, suppliers, buyers and other partners.
- Represent the Project Manager and carry out specific management duties only when formally assigned and within approved authority.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in management, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development or a related field.
Work History
- Experience in agricultural project coordination, farm operations, agribusiness or a related area for 4 years as a minimum
General & Technical Skills
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple farms, provinces or field teams is strongly preferred.
- Practical understanding of crop or poultry production, agricultural standards and farm-record systems.
- Ability to prepare workplans, activity trackers, budgets, procurement follow-ups and project reports.
- Strong ability to consolidate, verify and analyse production, financial and operational data.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with digital reporting tools is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken Khmer, with working proficiency in English.
Soft Skills
- Excellent organisation, communication, follow-up, deadline-management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to project farms and provincial locations.
