🎯 Market Area: Makati Area
🎂 Age Requirement: 20–35 Years Old

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS

🔴 Basic Salary: ₱25,000/Month
🟢 Meal Allowance: ₱5,000/Month
⭐ After 3 Months: ₱5,000 Attendance Bonus

📊 COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Below USD 50,000: 1%
Above USD 100,000: 2%
Above USD 150,000: 3%

💵 PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1st Cutoff: 1st–15th — Payout on the 20th
2nd Cutoff: 16th–30th — Payout the following month
Salary is paid on a two-week cutoff schedule.

⏰ WORKING CONDITIONS

Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift: Depends on marketing requirements, mostly night shift
Days Off: 4 days per month
