QC

Description

- Conduct regular checks on raw materials, in process goods, and finished products.
- Maintain and calibrate sensitive tools like refractometers, pH meter and thermometer.
- Collect and prepare samples for physical testing and visual check like viscosity, taste, odor, texture and appearance to ensure product consistency.
- Routine water quality check, sampling basic tests and data recording.
- Oversee CCPs and ensure adherence to HACCP and GMP.
- Maintain meticulous record of all test results, deviations and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) for audit traceability.
- Investigating root cause of defects and monitoring QMS.
- To cooperate with QC team to implement GMP and HACCP system.

Requirements

- Graduated / B.Sc. (ICS, Chemistry or related field)
- Certification of Quality Control.
- Basic English
- Must be use Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Inspection of checklist, Quality records, documentation and works space
