Sales Support Officer

Job Description

• Daily Key in of Tracking Report by Criteria of Sales KPI
• Daily Key in Data of Tracking Market Feedback Analysis
• Daily check on Van-sales & stock report within 2 system operation
• Summary of all the Tracking Report and Submit to Line manager
• Verified on the open new outlet list submission with the system
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
• Directing feedback from customers to sales departments
• Stay follow up with new features which related to system
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices with related department
• Send Market Issues to Sales Team to Resolve and Create Follow up Schedule
• Process or verify outlet visit, market feedback, order, by phone or system
• Generate & compiling the sales data daily, weekly and help the team’s project
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify short comings and propose improvements
• Liaise with the Logistics department (Delivery Team) to ensure timely deliveries
• Contact related department to analyze/obtain missing information or answer queries from end consumer
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal information, sales transaction and payment details in the system
• Will able to travel on field & provinces with team to process or implement every system which company require for
• Develop, update and maintain the master list of existing and potential customers through the development and implementation of a "customer relationship
