Job Purpose

Support the Enterprise Product team in managing and scaling the Big Data product portfolio and API assets by providing operational, analytical, and communication assistance across portfolio initiatives, analytics insight generation, API commercial management, and stakeholder liaison.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Big Data Portfolio Specialist in managing lifecycle and documentation of Big Data products, analytics offerings, and enterprise data solutions
• Build commercial presentations, product user guides, feature summaries, and sales battle cards for the Big Data portfolio
• Conduct competitor research and industry benchmarking for enterprise Big Data and AI solutions
• Collaborate with data analysts to translate telecom dataset analysis into actionable business insights
• Help construct reporting dashboards and customized insight decks for corporate clients and internal strategy meetings
• Assist in capturing data and analytics requirements from sales managers and enterprise clients
• Support commercial tracking and operational management of the enterprise API portfolio (SMS, verification, data APIs)
• Maintain developer onboarding kits, technical API documentation, user guides, and integration service catalogs
• Track API consumption metrics, monthly usage logs, and active client integrations
• Act as communication bridge between Enterprise Product, IT/Data Engineering, Enterprise Sales, and Legal teams
• Assist in coordinating project updates, operational deliverables, and meeting cadence with external strategic partners
• Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track cross‑functional action items.

Job Requirements

• Final year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration
• Basic understanding of Big Data concepts
• Analytics visualization
• Basic SQL/Excel
• API fundamentals (REST APIs, endpoints)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Khmer and English
• Proactive attitude, high attention to detail, structured task organization, eagerness to learn
