Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager and Assistant Manager for Air Cargo Sales & Marketing to develop air cargo business, manage key customers, coordinate with airlines and freight forwarders, and support the company’s cargo sales and marketing strategies.

Job Descriptions

• Develop and implement air cargo sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify and develop new customers, agents, freight forwarders, and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, shippers, and key accounts.
• Promote air cargo services, routes, capacities, and special cargo products.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and business reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor rates, cargo demand, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Airlines, Ground Handling Agents, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Support cargo capacity planning and maximize revenue and load factor.Negotiate rates and commercial terms with customers and business partners.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management.
• Participate in customer meetings, business development activities, and industry events.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Aviation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Air Cargo, Freight Forwarding, Aviation Sales, Logistics, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of air cargo sales, freight forwarding, and airline operations.
• Experience in customer relationship management and business development.
• Good negotiation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
