Job Description

•Check Daily Expenses & Income
•Data entry in ERP software system (All income and expenses)
•Check Weekly Sales Summary & Receivable Summay Report, Purchase Summary & Payable Summary Report.
•Check Monthly Sales Summary & Receivable Summary Report, Purchase Summary & Payable Summary Report against with data recorded in ERP Software Systerm.
•Monthly Ground Stock Checking ( finished goods, raw materials ).
•Calculate Monthly 5% Commercial Tax for Local Sales.
•Prepare Monthly Profit or Loss Statement.
•Prepare Yearly Financial Statement.
•Prepare Financial Statement for Annual Tax Return.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor’s degree holder (B.com Prefer).(LCCL Level 3,ACCA part (II), CPA)
• above 3 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Able to use MS Office Tools
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (Debits/Credits, double-entry bookkeeping).

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Alternate Saturday and Sunday & Public Holidays
