Operations Assistant

Description

• Correspond and respond member/provider claim emails
• Screening, verifying, assessing claim documents and communicating with the members/providers as required.
• Regularly Check members/providers email responses and follow up from time to time
• Check and respond to urgent claims received through CSR
• Updating claim related files
• Uploading completed members/providers claims into the system
• Replying member emails as per their request and inquiries
• Responsible for fulfilling the assigned tasks during deadlines
• Perform assigned duties according to business needs
• Participate in conducting and developing team training
• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office at all times
• Liaise with different departments for smooth operations internally
• Perform Assigned Tasks by Team Leader and Managers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or Matriculation passed.
• Prior experience or knowledge in insurance claims operations is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, especially in email writing and replying. English email proficiency will be assessed during the interview.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, email, and the internet.
• A good team player who is eager to learn new workflows and use the insurance claims system.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior work experience are welcome to apply.
