• Create and manage TikTok content & monthly content plan
• Research and adapt TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, memes & hashtags
• Develop creative and engaging short-form video content
• Shoot and edit TikTok videos
• Manage TikTok account, captions, hashtags & comments
• Collaborate with TikTok Creators / KOLs
• Monitor content performance and improve future content based on results

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in TikTok / Short-form Video Content
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends & Myanmar youth audience
• Creative thinking & good storytelling skills
• Good video shooting and editing skills
• Proficient in CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN or similar tools
• Active TikTok user with a good understanding of viral content
