Marketing Manager

Job Description

Job Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

Role Description:
.Develop marketing strategies and tactics for company business.
.Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implement from ideation to execution.
.Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
.Plan and organize events for the company when required.
.Identify and evaluate competitors' plans and strategies in the market.
.Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and Facebook page that attracts customers.
.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, social media influencers, and vendors.
.Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely and effectively.
.Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners, artworks, to promotional banners, and case studies.
.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
.Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
.Other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
.Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
.Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
.Experience with digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
.Understanding of public relations.
.Ability to lead and manage team.
.Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
.Ability to quickly adapt to change.
.Good computer skills: Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite is a plus.
.Good command of spoken and written English.
