• 0-to-1 LatAm Expansion: executing GTM and market-entry strategy;
• B2B Partnerships: negotiating and onboarding key partners;
• Hiring and leading a local commercial and operations team;
• Building scalable sales and operational infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in BD, Sales, or Expansion (Tech/FinTech);
• Hands-on experience scaling commercial operations in LatAm;
• Fluent Russian, Spanish (C1-C2), and English (C1);
• Autonomy and strong negotiation skills.
