Job Summary
MX Company Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor (Generalist) to supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HRIS management, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The successful candidate will ensure efficient HR processes, compliance with Myanmar labor laws, and effective support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding.
Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policy compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure effective HRIS data management.
Coordinate performance appraisals, probation evaluations, and employee development activities.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, including manpower, attendance, turnover, and recruitment reports.
Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Coordinate with department heads and Finance to resolve HR-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
Supervise and guide HR team members to ensure timely and effective HR service delivery.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 1.5 years of relevant HR experience,.
Good knowledge of HR generalist functions, employee relations, payroll administration, and recruitment.
Good understanding of Myanmar labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using HRIS.
Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to supervise a team, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
