Description

• Video Production: Film educational lessons, student/teacher interviews, and school events using professional camera, lighting, and audio setups.
• Video Editing: Review raw footage, cut/trim clips, and build engaging stories for both short-form and long-form video content.
• Social Media Optimization: Edit videos tailored for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, using strong openings (hooks) and proper platform dimensions.
• Subtitles & Audio: Add accurate Myanmar/English subtitles, remove background noise, and balance dialogue with suitable background music.
• Team Collaboration: Apply basic color correction, motion graphics, and branding elements while working closely with the Marketing and Graphic Design teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Solid understanding of camera operations, lighting, audio recording, and visual storytelling.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing past video work is strictly required.
