Description

Key responsibilities :
✔️Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities
✔️Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
✔️Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
✔️Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to customers
✔️Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to management
✔️Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
✔️Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Requirements

What we’re looking for:
✔️Any Bachelor Degree or Fresher welcome
✔️Communicate in English/ Fair in Chinese (More Prefer)
✔️Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✔️Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
✔️Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
