Job Description

*** Job Purpose :
We are seeking for Sales Manager (Local) is responsible for developing and managing local sales activities to achieve revenue targets in logistics services, including transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining key client relationships, and driving business growth within the domestic market.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals in the local market.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service solutions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
• Report on sales performance, pipeline activities, and market insights to senior management.
• Manage account receivables to ensure timely payments from customers.
• Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and industry associations.

Job Requirements

• Graduated Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Good communicate in English is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of local logistics market and customer base.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
