Duties & Responsibilities
- Own the admissions journey, providing a seamless, warm and professional experience for every family from first contact through to enrolment.
- Develop trusted relationships with prospective parents by listening carefully, anticipating their concerns, and responding with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
- Organise and conduct school tours, entrance assessments, open mornings, and
- orientation events with poise and personal attention.
- Support the strategic growth of the school through proactive admissions engagement and careful stewardship of applicant pipelines.
- Maintain and manage admissions records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and meaningful data analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate across departments, liaising regularly with academic staff, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Represent the school at educational events and parent engagement activities, both locally and internationally when needed.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing insight into parent needs, assisting with messaging, and contributing to admissions communications and campaigns.

Work History
- Customer-facing role, ideally within the education or high-end service sector for 3 years as a minimum
General & Technical Skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and/or admissions platforms.
- Prior experience in a British or international school setting.
- Understanding of the British curriculum and independent school ethos.
- Additional language skills, including Khmer, are a plus.
