🔶Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role in a user-centric design environment and 2+ experience managing small team (3- 5 member)
• Wide range of experience research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) including remote and in-person moderated usability studies, unmoderated study setup, user interviews, field studies, survey design, competitive research and heuristic evaluation.
• Ability to design and execute end-to-end research projects with little assistance.
• Experience in creating and leveraging user personas.
• Experience creating and editing interactive prototypes.
• Articulate communicator, fluent in English.

🔶 Prefer if candidate have

• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research
• Experience in human design research
• This person will ensure the experience of users and advise the Product and Design team to optimize the flow
• Have SEA exposure (coming from Nielsen, Kanta, … consultancy firms > perfect fit)
