Position Overview:
As a Sales Officer (Outdoor), you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and prospect potential business clients (SMEs, retail outlets, and service providers) through field outreach and digital leads.
• Present and explain Bill24’s digital payment gateway and billing solutions to business owners, showing how they simplify payment collection.
• Guide new clients through the sign-up and setup process, ensuring fast and smooth platform integration.
• Build strong relationships with onboarded merchants, providing basic post-sales follow-up and gather client feedback.
• Meet monthly merchant acquisition targets and accurately log daily sales activities and client records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of digital payments, billing systems, or software solutions
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way to clients
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (or final-year student)
• Good command of Khmer and basic to fair English
• Willing to travel to the province (or perform field visits)
