Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in pricing, overseas sales, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- Good knowledge of Sea (LCL/FCL), Air, and Land freight services.
- Knowledge of freight rates, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Manage customer service relationships and respond to customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and manage rate-related queries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents.
- Manage Sea (LCL & FCL), Air, and Land freight costs.
- Coordinate LCL groupage consolidation and de-consolidation.
- Manage connections with shipping lines, airlines, and other logistics partners.
- Manage designated trade lanes and local network connections.
- Manage customs broker tariffs and related rates.
- Update freight rates and sailing schedules monthly.
- Prepare monthly statistics and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
