Job Descriptions

• To manage all aspects of the Department to create a safe, effective team to support the production department to achieve its targets.
• Manage the department resources in the most efficient way to achieve or exceed the budget targets.
• Through his team to collect and analyze the data to determine the causes of production losses and spoilage and to ensure that the necessary corrective / preventive action is taken on time.
• To give engineering direction and guidance to the department and Plant Management.
• To Lead internal projects such as process improvement projects.
• Conduct performance appraise for the team members.
• Identify training needs and the coordination of them for the engineering and production teams so that they are most effectively trained and developed.
• Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices through the implementation of the EHS and HACCP programs

Job Requirements

• BE (Mechanical Power / Electrical Power)
• Minimum 3 ~ 5 years of related experience management/ supervisory role.
• Experience in Can Manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to use computer to compile reports and presentation.
• Good practical technical knowledge, safety awareness.
• Good written & spoken English, also good communication skills.
• Team player who is able to motive and inspire his Team to achieve their targets.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half,Sunday & Public Holidays
