Position Summary

Location: Sen Sok, Phnom Penh

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday

Serena Clinic is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging, informative, and professional video content for our social media platforms, promotional campaigns, and mental health education initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Produce educational videos, interviews, promotional videos, clinic activities, and mental health awareness content.
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and visual elements.
• Adjust video color, audio quality, pacing, and overall presentation.
• Create engaging video openings, endings, and platform-specific formats.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and relevant clinical staff to ensure content accuracy.
• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and completed materials.
• Revise videos based on feedback and deliver projects within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Video Production, Multimedia, Film, or a related field

General & Technical Skills

• Previous video-editing experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
• A portfolio or links to previous video-editing work are required.
• Knowledge of storytelling, subtitles, sound editing, and social media video formats.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an advantage.

• Creative, organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects.
