Job Descriptions

• Prepare branch financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Monitor, track, and control department-wise expenditure.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial statements on time.
• Manage and monitor daily payments and cash flow operations.
• Monitor and control Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Maintain and update aging schedules for timely collections and payments.
• Manage intercompany cost allocations according to the management agreement.
• Provide strong support to the Chief Accountant (CA) for financial audits and compliance.
• Schedule and conduct regular physical verification of fixed assets.
• Plan and manage periodic physical stock-taking and inventory audits.

Job Requirements

• Age between (25 ~ 35).
• Any Bachelor Degree (Preferable with ACCA Part 1/ B. Com/ Diploma in Accounting/ LCCI – III).
• High Expertise in accounting software.
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in related field.
• Strong ability to collaborate well with other to accomplish the result.
• Able to travel to farm once a month or as needed.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
