Key Account Manager

This position will serve as a Chinese-speaking Sales Representative. The individual will manage all key Chinese projects, including both CCS and the remaining ICS business segments

• Responsible for Admixture, Protective coating, waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, grouting, and PU/TPU solutions.

• Establish and enhance strong customer relationships with clients, especially Chinese customers (construction companies, applicators, consultants, developers, and shoe factories).

• Provide technical support to clients. Develop sales strategy and action plans to achieve the company's goals.

• Ensure there is no bad debt and that payments are collected within the due date.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts.

• Provide progress updates and follow up on all major construction projects.

• Understand competitors' actions in the market.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

• Aligning with Dynamic's Vision and Mission.

• Foster team engagement to build a long-term business.

• Participate and provide necessary support to the Dynamic Group.

• Comply with company rules and regulations.

• Complete additional activities as allocated by the line manager during the year.

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.

• More than 2 years of experience working in Sales, especially in Sale (construction Material)

• Chinese-speaking writing is a must
