  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, legal support, compliance support, contract coordination, corporate documentation, or related functions.
  • Good understanding of contracts, licenses, company records, internal approval processes, filing systems, and document control.
  • Able to prepare clear letters, reports, trackers, checklists, meeting records, and document registers.
  • Able to monitor deadlines, identify overdue tasks, and report pending matters clearly to management.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with ClickUp or similar workflow management tools is preferred.
  • Good Khmer and English communication and writing skills.
  • Possesses strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

JOB SUMMARY
The Admin & Legal Supervisor controls daily task progress, document review, tracker accuracy, and team follow-up for assigned Admin & Legal matters. This job ensures contracts, licenses, leases, outlet-related documents, corporate records, and internal documents are accurate, complete, properly supported, submitted on time, and escalated when risks or gaps are found.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Control daily and weekly task progress through approved trackers to achieve at least 90% on-time completion of assigned Admin & Legal work.
  • Review first drafts of contracts, letters, checklists, forms, registers, meeting records, internal documents, and outlet-related documents to confirm accuracy, format, facts, attachments, and approval status before manager review.
  • Track license, lease, contract, compliance, and corporate-record deadlines to ensure key expiry or renewal matters are escalated at least 30 days in advance, where applicable.
  • Identify incomplete documents, unclear requests, missing approvals, repeated filing errors, and weak supporting evidence, and require correction before submission.
  • Drive departments to provide required documents, facts, approvals, and clarifications so legal/admin matters can be completed without unnecessary delay.
  • Maintain document-control discipline by checking file naming, filing location, version history, approval evidence, and final signed records.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly status updates on completed work, overdue matters, risk points, document gaps, and corrective actions for manager review.
  • Support the Deputy Admin & Legal Manager in implementing Receptionist work standards by monitoring daily front-office service, identifying service gaps or confidentiality risks, and following up on corrective actions to ensure professional and timely support.
  • Support the Deputy Admin & Legal Manager in operating the department's task and document management system by monitoring task status, identifying overdue or unclear matters, and following up with responsible persons to ensure work is traceable, organized, and completed on time.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
