Business Analyst

Description

Responsibility and Standard Operating Procedures :

 -Consulting with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
 -Translating business requirements into technology solutions for developers.
 -Creating required documents, meeting minutes, project proposals, and timeline
 documents dealing with clients.
 -Collaborating with IT teams to deliver business requirements or resolve issues during
 the project.
 -Creating and executing testing plans and coordinate the System Integration Testing and
 User Acceptance Test to validate solutions that meet business needs.
 -Supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful
 execution and delivery.

Requirements

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and relevant diploma
 - 1-3 years of work experience in IT support , software or tech services
 - Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
 - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
 - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
