• Technical Knowledge: Strong, deep foundation in core engineering principles, particularly regarding automotive materials process flows, facility layout design, and complex material handling systems.
• Specialized Expertise: Proven expertise in packaging design concepts, continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Kaizen, or 5S), and direct collaboration workflows with MP&L teams.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, root-cause tracking, performance reporting, and generating material flow metrics for management review.
• Safety & Compliance: Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards inside a heavy manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Prior experience working within an automotive OEM assembly facility or Tier-1 supplier plant.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for designing factory layouts, workstation footprints, and

logistics route maps.
