Finance Manager

Job Description

• Establish and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures
• Ensure full compliance with General Department of Taxation (GDT) regulations
• Oversee accounting systems, processes, and documentation in line with legal and company standards
• Support management with financial analysis, planning, and decision-making
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulators
• Oversee daily accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Fixed Assets)
• Review and approve journal entries and accounting transactions
• Monitor cash position and daily cash movements
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely recording of financial data.
• Review bank reconciliations and key account reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow forecasts and short-term funding needs
• Review expense controls and budget utilization
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports
• Review and submit monthly tax declarations (VAT, WHT, TOI, etc.) to GDT on time
• Support annual tax filling and year-end closing activities
• Analyze monthly financial performance against budget
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process
• Coordinate and support external audits an annual tax audit
• Review and update financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team
• Provide guidance and supervision to accounting staff.
• Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
• At least 5 years of accounting
• Demonstrated strong finance reporting, legal, tax, auditing and treasury skills
• High commitment toward job objectives
• Fluent in Khmer & English, reading and writing
• Able to work under pressure, good analytical thinking and problem solving
