- Drive Cataract & Refractive business across Singapore & Malaysia
- Own commercial strategy, sales growth and financial performance
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Manage distributors, inventory and key operational KPIs
- Build relationships with KOLs, healthcare leaders and government stakeholders
- Shape pricing, market access and long-term growth plans
🎯 WHAT THEY WANT
- Degree in Science, Health Science, Pharmacy or related field
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years in healthcare or ophthalmology
- 5+ years leading teams
- Strong Singapore and Malaysia market experience preferred
- Experience with distributors and medical devices is a major plus
