• Drive Cataract & Refractive business across Singapore & Malaysia
• Own commercial strategy, sales growth and financial performance
• Lead and develop high-performing teams
• Manage distributors, inventory and key operational KPIs
• Build relationships with KOLs, healthcare leaders and government stakeholders
• Shape pricing, market access and long-term growth plans

🎯 WHAT THEY WANT

• Degree in Science, Health Science, Pharmacy or related field
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years in healthcare or ophthalmology
• 5+ years leading teams
• Strong Singapore and Malaysia market experience preferred
• Experience with distributors and medical devices is a major plus
