Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the Preschool classroom following Montessori principles.
• Guide and supervise the implementation of the Montessori curriculum in the Nursery and Kindergarten classrooms together with the Lead Teacher Assistants.
• Prepare and review lesson plans to ensure consistency and quality across the Early Childhood program.
• Monitor children's learning and development and communicate effectively with parents.
• Support classroom observations and provide guidance to teaching staff on Montessori best practices.
• Plan classroom projects, learning activities
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the Early Childhood program.

Languages

• English - Fluent is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education; Montessori Diploma or Certification is preferred

Work History

• Relevant teaching experience for 3 years as a minimum

General & Technical Skills

• A Montessori background is a must.
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and Early Childhood Education.
• Experience teaching Preschool and supporting Nursery and Kindergarten programs.
• Able to mentor and guide Lead Teacher Assistants in Montessori classroom practices.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about child-centred learning and holistic development.
