- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- More than 5 years of experience in overseas sales support or production management
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader or in a managerial role
- Preference will be given to candidates with work experience with US shipment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with locals and lead a team
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Korean is an advantage.
- Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance by managing customer orders, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and customer relationships. The role coordinates closely with the U.S. Sales Subsidiary, GOC Global team, and internal departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment, optimize profitability, and support business growth through effective sales planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
- Duties & Responsibility
- Order Management & Customer Service
- Manage the end-to-end order process, including receiving, reviewing, confirming, and processing customer orders through coordination with the U.S. Sales Subsidiary, Global Operations Center (GOC), and customers.
- Develop production, shipment, and delivery plans to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
- Maintain and update the Order Management System (OMS) with accurate order information.
- Coordinate order changes, priorities, and delivery schedules while monitoring lead times and order fulfillment performance.
- Resolve customer issues related to production, delivery, and order execution, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
- Sales Planning, Analysis & Pricing Support
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels by U.S. distributor and prepare regular sales analysis reports.
- Track and evaluate the sales performance of newly launched products.
- Manage demand forecasting and sales planning to support production and inventory optimization.
- Conduct regular manufacturing cost analyses and profitability (margin) reviews.
- Support pricing decisions for new products by providing cost and margin analysis to maximize profitability
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Business Support
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, and other related departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Support the development and implementation of channel-specific products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the U.S. Sales Subsidiary and GOC, ensuring effective communication on customer requirements, order status, and operational issues.
- Organize and participate in regular business review meetings with the U.S. Sales Subsidiary to resolve issues and improve operational performance.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service quality
- Reporting & Team Leadership
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational, sales, inventory, and management reports.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance evaluations, and continuous feedback.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication within the team and across departments to achieve business objectives.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
