Job Description:
- Tech Mahindra Mega Walkin Drive for Premium Banking Project Role: Customer Service Associate
- Working Days: 5 Days per Week
- Tech Mahindra is expanding its premier banking operations and is looking for driven, customer-centric professionals to join our dynamic team in Noida.
- As a Customer Service Associate, you will act as the primary point of contact for premium banking clients, delivering exceptional service, resolving complex queries, and upholding the high standards associated with a global financial institution.
Skills:
- Graduates and Postgraduates both can apply
- Minimum 2 years of BPO experience required. Candidates with prior experience in the **BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)** sector will receive strong preference.
- Good communication skills are mandatory
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Immediate joiners and candidates ready to attend the walk-in process are preferred.
