Job Description:
- Role: Associate Customer Support ( Premium fintech Process)
- Responsibilities: To Understand customer issues over the call and provide on time resolution as per the process.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Undergrad/ Graduate
- Fresher or experienced in customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good understanding and problem-solving ability
- Good typing and basic computer knowledge
