Senior Odoo Developer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Odoo framework to support business requirements, including creating custom modules, enhancing existing features, and delivering new functionalities tailored to organizational needs.
• Evaluate and interpret complex business challenges by collaborating with stakeholders to collect requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions that improve business processes and system performance.
• Collaborate closely with customers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to clarify requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure system implementations align with organizational goals.
• Actively contribute to team discussions by sharing ideas and recommendations to enhance development practices. Support team growth by providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior developers, while promoting best practices within the Odoo environment.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and systems to ensure smooth data exchange and interoperability. Customize system features to improve usability, functionality, and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize Odoo system performance to ensure reliability, availability, and responsiveness, while quickly resolving technical issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed modules, configurations, and solutions. Provide continuous user support and troubleshooting to ensure stable and efficient system operations.
• Participate in agile development processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration, or a relevant field
2. Minimum 2-years’ experience in the same field
3. Good in Javascript, CSS, HTML and XMLStrong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, OOP concepts and Web design
4. Good knowledge of Linux Ubuntu
5. Ability to cope up and enthusiasm with new technology
6. Be able to understand English (speaking, reading, and writing)
