Are you confident on the phone and enjoy engaging with customers both Inbound and Outbound Call?

🎯What the position does:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to verify promotions & sampling projects
• Follow provided call scripts professionally
• Support consumer engagement activities
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

🎯 We’re looking for someone who is:

• Good at communication (Khmer & basic English)
• Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Experienced in Call Center/Customer Service/Customer Care (1 year preferred)
