Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a professional software development experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Next.js and NestJS and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
You will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions, developing modern frontend and backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and contributing to technical architecture for enterprise software projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Next.js and NestJS.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in technical architecture, solution design, and technology selection.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production releases.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready enterprise or commercial web applications.
